Acting on behalf of a developer GSL worked as Construction managers, managing the entire design team and cost plan.
Works involved formation of the new highway junction and drainage connections and new utility services and the negotiation of four party wall agreements.
Internal specifications included nu-heat underfloor heating, wet rooms and wall hung sanitaryware, eco joists flooring systems and a through coloured render system.
